Testimonials

“I am able to breathe deeper, and feel "at peace" with decreased brain fog and clarity! Thank you!” ~ KC, Armonk

Something huge inside of me shifted yesterday and I feel like a new person. I realized where a certain trauma was located in my tissues and to actually have compassion for me and present in the ‘knowing’ of what had happened (as opposed to it being all intellectual).” ~ DS, South Salem

“Lying on the treatment table, I had an ‘Ah-ha’ moment. I was then able to make a clear decision I’d been struggling with for months” ~ DH, Bedford

“Thank you for the reboot, this is the first morning in weeks that I have awoken feeling rested. Words cannot express my gratitude for your work with me over the past year.” ~ MD, White Plains

“After I saw you I looked out my window and felt as if your treatment made me a foot taller. Like having a taller vantage point from a familiar spot. The treatment shifted enough energy that I was opened up in my chest or spine in a way I had not been for a very long time. Then came the emotions. Tears streaming like a flood gate had opened. I am forever grateful. Your sign should include ‘close your eyes, breathe and allow white magic to happen here’.”  ~JR, Bedford

WHY CHOOSE ACUPUNCTURE PATHWAYS FOR HEALING

Experience

I have over 30 years of experience, utilizing my training and expertise with Acupuncture and adjunct therapies to help thousands of people live healthier lives by providing safe and effective acupuncture treatments in a professional yet relaxing environment. I am board certified by the NCCAOM, (the industry standard of excellence) licensed by the Dept. of Public Health in NY & CT, and have a Doctorate degree from a nationally accredited school.

Approach

I offer patient centered care that addresses the whole person rather than an isolated set of symptoms. I take time to listen to, and understand patients as unique individuals. I value your role in your healing process and can help you create a plan for your own health. This partnership allows us to go beyond your symptoms and address your entire well being.

Reputation

I have had a successful private practice and over the years have developed a broad referral base from health care providers as well as satisfied patients who believe in East Asian medicine.

Dedication

My goal is to create a healing environment which allows for trust, relaxation, integrity, and the potential for genuine personal growth.

My Office

Housed in a private, tranquil building, away from the street and surrounded by nature, the office is a sanctuary for healing in a beautiful setting. A converted barn with high ceilings, and a separate comfortable waiting room for reading and meditating while you relax before your acupuncture treatment. There is only one treatment room, where I see one person at a time for a full 60 minute session.

Conveniently located in Bedford, the office has an onsite parking lot with ground level access for those with mobility issues.
